The health and safety of our team members and our valued guests is always top of mind and our highest priority:
Restaurant Sanitation
All restaurants undergo frequent COVID virus sanitization deep cleanings. We use EvaClean Electrostatic Sprayers, which are utilized three times a day in each store before opening, between lunch and dinner, and at closing, and the bathrooms are sprayed every hour. In addition, common areas of contact are being washed and sanitized frequently including kiosks, door handles, tables, bathrooms, etc. When dining in, our tables display "clean" signs to direct and reassure guests that tables have been cleaned and sanitized and ready for their use.
Online Ordering & Contactless Pick-Up
Contactless, curbside pick-up is available. Guests can place their order online, drive to their nearest Birdcall location, park in a designated curbside parking spot, and have their meal brought out to them by a Birdtender, all without having to leave the safety of their car.
Face Masks
Our team members wear their face masks to protect others and our guests. We require that guests wear their masks in our restaurants to protect others and our team members when moving about the restaurant and not dining at a table.
Social Distancing Guidelines
All Birdcall restaurants adhere to social distancing guidelines. To help better direct our guests, our restaurants display floor decals that are designated at least six feet apart as recommended by the CDC. Please adhere to these social distancing guidelines while in the restaurant to place and/or pick-up an order and while dining in.
Clean Hands
There are multiple hand sanitizer stations that we have made available to guests. In addition, all team members follow proper and frequent hand washing procedures. Timers are utilized among our team members for hand washing and changing of gloves, which occurs every 20 minutes.
Health & Wellness Checks
Health and wellness checks occur daily for every team member at the beginning of their shift, including temperature recording. All team members are instructed to stay home and away from the restaurant if they are feeling ill to take care of themselves and to keep other employees and customers safe.
Sealed & Secured
We offer sealed cutlery and desserts, bottled beverages, and safely secure food items within bags.
