Founded in 2016, our team crafted a new kind of dining experience - enhanced through a blend of all-natural ingredients, superior hospitality and service, innovative art and design, and cutting edge technology.
We opened our doors in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood with one goal - to make unbelievable food more accessible and affordable. Integral to our mission as a restaurant is innovating technology to serve you, our beloved guests, efficiently while offering nutritious, all-natural foods. At Birdcall, it’s as much about the nutrient-rich salads as it is the crispy chicken sandwiches.
Our MO as a team is to stay true to natural and local sourcing. Our chicken comes direct from Colorado Native Foods, our bread is produced at Aspen Baking Company in Denver, and our spices are developed by the Spice Guy in Denver. We pride ourselves on our relationships with local vendors for the freshest ingredients. Our chef-inspired menu features dishes garnished with ingredients like bacon red onion jam, buttermilk herb mayo, habanero aioli, and peanut slaw. We’re building a company that we are proud of and that our team members can be proud of.
We also continue to facilitate positive community and economic growth in local communities through our ‘One Percent Back’ initiative. As a company, we pledge to donate 1% of sales back into our communities. Because of the support we’ve received over the years, we’re thrilled to be able to give back and are fortunate enough to forge a deeper connection with the people who are supporting us.
